Called & Sent
In 2010 Mark & Joana Rogers were sent out from their home church 'The Gathering @ Corona' and are the founding pastors of The Gathering of the Inland Valley in Fontana, Ca. The Gathering of the Inland Valley was launched on Easter Sunday 2011. In the subsequent years they trained and sent out couples to plant new works in the USA.
Currently Mark & Joana continue to plant and oversee church planting efforts both domestically and internationally, along with continuing to train and develop emerging leaders worldwide.
Family & Education
Mark & Joana have been married for 29 years, have 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter. Joana, being raised in a church planting family had an instrumental role in leading Mark to Christ 30 years ago and the rest is history as they say. As Mark & Joana were living their lives and raising their children they received the call to pursue full time ministry and both enrolled in Bible College together at Hope International University located in Fullerton, California where they both received their BS degrees in Biblical Studies in 2000
Joana immediately continued her education at Hope International University where she completed her Graduate work and received an MA degree in Worship Ministry in 2003. Mark's Graduate work followed later when he attended Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California where he received a MA degree in Theology in 2015.
Ministry & Vision
Mark & Joana's desire and passion is to see people respond to the gospel and become firebrand followers of Jesus Christ, mature, and be sent out to fulfill the call God has placed on their life.
After two decades of preparation God released to Mark & Joana 'The Sending Place to the Nations' who's vision and mission for the expansion of God's kingdom is to birth 100 church planting movements in 100 nations.
